This is not your grandmother's cabin! Mountain View Treehouse is an upscale light and bright two-story home nestled in the treetops of Pine Cove approximately 3 miles from Idyllwild town center. The home features vaulted ceilings with wood beams and clerestory windows in the living room, as well as a beautiful rock fireplace and unmatched panoramic views in every direction. The home offers the perfect balance of a rustic mountain setting with all of the comforts of a high-end luxury accommodation. Newly remodeled from top to bottom and furnished in a stylish yet comfortable cottage style, you will fall in love with the charm of our Idyllwild dream home.

Perfect for a romantic getaway or spending time with friends and family. The home features two well-appointed bedrooms and the master has its own sitting area, fireplace, flat-screen television and private deck with incredible views for morning coffee. We have a brand-new large AC unit in the upstairs living area of the cabin for your comfort. There is an evaporative cooler in the master bedroom if needed for comfort. The home has one and a half newly remodeled bathrooms with fluffy towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided.

The two-story home located on a private road boasts three separate decks for relaxing and bird watching and a new high-end grill. There are two private parking spaces and the home sits on more than half an acre of explorable land. Pack a picnic and stroll down to your own private knoll. Enjoy quiet and privacy all while only five minutes into town and all that Idyllwild has to offer. Additionally, the wonderful Pine Cove Market is a five-minute walk and boasts a great selection of wine, beer, staples and fishing supplies.

The home features Free Ultra-High-Speed internet with 400Mps and two flat screen televisions with Rokus for all of your streaming pleasure. We provide YouTube TV for television service. Ther is also a blue ray disk player (with DVD library). The newly remodeled kitchen has stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove, compact Bosch Dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender and toaster) and is stocked with everything that you need to prepare a gourmet meal.

Guests have access to the entire home and property except for the owner's closet and separate storage shed. Laundry room with washer/dryer are available for stays over 4 days or on an as needed basis.

Our home sits on a quiet private street on a hilltop on almost three quarters of an acre of beautiful land. The position of our home provides absolutely incredible views of Tahquitz Peak and the valleys and mountains. Explore our land below the property it is like your own private campground in the mountains.

It is a quick five-minute scenic drive into the heart of the village of Idyllwild. The wonderful Pine Cove Market is only a five-minute walk from the cabin and carries beer, wine and many staples.

Due to the fact we have approximately 40-foot-high decks at the cabin with wide railings, we do not accept children under the age of 7 because of this liability concern. Due to owner allergies, we do not allow pets at our home of any type. We do not waive this rule ever so please don't send inquiry asking us to waive it. This cabin is not suitable for those with physical disabilities as it is a two-story home on mountain terrain.
