The home is walking distance to Palm Springs most fashionable area, the Uptown Design District, home to exclusive shopping, restaurants, bars and galleries, and only minutes away from the downtown village and iconic Palm Canyon Drive.

Our 2000 square foot home, on a large private lot, is surrounded by walls and hedges creating an estate-like feel. Tucked away on a quiet street, this newly refreshed home boasts a stunning backdrop of the San Jacinto Mountains, resort-size swimming pool, Jacuzzi spa and lush landscaping, providing you with your own private paradise. Designed in 1955 by famed mid-century architect, Jack Meiselman, the home will make you feel like you’ve been transported into the swinging hip vibe of this historic city. Decorated with classic mid-century furniture and complete with tiki bar and art by Shag, you know you are in Palm Springs from the moment you enter this thoughtfully curated home.

Palm Springs is all about sun and fun by the pool and the crowning jewel of this home is the backyard and magazine-worthy pool. Catch some rays poolside on the sun deck, complete with lounge chairs and cushions, grab a pool float or dip your feet in the pool under the shaded in-pool umbrella. Practice you Golf game on our two-hole elevated putting green with putters and golf balls. Barbeque your favorite meal on our large grill and dine poolside. Relax in everyone’s favorite spot, our huge outdoor covered patio with comfortable couches, ceiling fans, interior garden and fountain, mood lighting, outdoor fireplace. It truly is quintessential indoor/outdoor living and unlike any other home.

The main living area of the home boasts an expansive open floor plan with sliding glass doors leading to both outdoor areas. Walls of windows look onto the pool, Jacuzzi and covered lanai, creating the quintessential 'mid-century modern' indoor/outdoor ambiance. The room features modern furniture with ample seating, a dining area and a queen sleeper sofa. The 46-inch LED HD flat screen television is equipped with Roku and a DVD player. Additionally, there is a stereo and indoor speakers. Entertain your guests while cooking a gourmet meal. The home features a large newly refreshed kitchen with high-end stainless appliances, including wall oven, countertop gas range, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender and side-by side refrigerator with Ice and filtered water as well as a high end wine refrigerator. We provide all cooking utensils as well as coffee, creamer, spices, condiments, napkins and paper towels to make your stay more comfortable.

Ready for an after-dinner cocktail? Why not retire to the outdoor tiki bar and lounge area located off the living room. Dining table, vintage rattan sofa, lush landscaping, beautiful lighting and our famous tiki bar await you. Pour a mai tai or a scorpion and be transported back in time.

There are four bedrooms, each with ceiling fans, quality linens and flat screen TVs with Rokus. The primary bedroom has a King size bed, additional seating area, large closet, 32-inch flat screen TV with Roku, private patio door access to the backyard area and fabulous mountain and pool views through sliding glass doors. Additionally, there is a very large en suite primary bath with double basins and large walk-in spa shower and separate tub. We provide body wash, shampoo, conditioner and hairdryer.

The large 2nd and 3rd bedrooms provide the comfort of 1 king size and one 1 queen size bed, mid-century furnishings, large closets and access to a full bathroom with double vanity, large shower and private door access to the backyard and pool.

The 4th bedroom/den is a stylish enclosed separate room/TV lounge featuring modern furniture with full size futon and twin bunk, comfortable bedding, closet and new 43-inch 4K flat screen television with Roku. The perfect room to watch the game, let the kids watch a movie or get a good night’s sleep.

There is an enclosed laundry room with front load washer and dryer, utility sink, iron and ironing board and complimentary laundry detergent and dryer sheets.

This home is fully equipped with games, pool floats, high-speed wireless internet, quality towels and linens, BBQ, dishes, silverware, glass and bar ware and everything you'll need for an incredible stay.

Guests have access to all areas of the house, front and back yard, and the laundry room.

There is a locked garage which is not available for guest use.

There is a local Property Manager available by phone or to come by should the need arise. Further, owners are always available by phone should the need arise.

RESERVATIONS:

We require that our guests sign a separate rental contract following accepted booking. It will be sent to guests for electronic signature. All terms same as those listed here.

Primary renter is required to provide us with a copy of a government Issued ID as required by City ordinances.

We require our guests to sign a Covid 19 waiver form sent separately for electronic signature.

There is a mandatory Occupancy Tax of 12.50% of the rental fee charged by the City of Palm Springs, this amount is not included in the nightly rate.

Maximum Capacity of the home is 8 people plus two small children.

Not pets of any type allowed. We do not waive this rule so please don't inquire.

No smoking or Vaping allowed.

Maximum cars allowed are 4.

OPTIONAL POOL HEATING:

$100 per day to heat the pool Oct-Jun. $65 per day, not generally needed during this time. Please let us know following accepted booking/at time of contract signing if you would like to add pool heating. Pool Heating must be selected at least 5 days in advance of check-in. Pool heating will be charged per separate invoice if elected.

Optional Early Check-In or Late Check-Out

We allow Early Check in of 11am and Late Check-Out of 4pm when available. Early Check-In is $175 and Late Check-Out is $175. We cannot typically confirm this until week of check-in.
